Making a Purchase
Click on any product(s) that you wish to buy to put it/them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click “Checkout” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. On submitting your order you will be connected to Pay Pal’s secure server where your credit card details will be taken or you can pay with your Pay Pal account.
Shipping
Your order will usually be dispatched within 72 hours of receiving it. If for some reason we cannot fulfil the order within this time we will contact you.

All orders are shipped using Royal Mail services.

Shipping to UK addresses – Recorded Signed For service is used (10% of order total will be charged to cover postage.) – A signature is required on delivery. If the postal service is working ok you should receive your order the day after dispatch.

As both methods of shipping require for the goods to be signed for on delivery, please make sure there will be somebody in to sign for the goods.

Returns
In the event that you need to return an item please follow the steps below:

Please contact us by email to let us know why the item is to be returned. Email: returns@scnc.co.uk
By reply we will issue you with a Return Authorisation Number.

The item should be posted back to Science Skateboards within 10 days of receipt. It must be returned within this time for us to accept the package. We will only accept packages that arrive with a Return Authorisation Number clearly marked on them. Items must be in a NEW and UNUSED condition.

We cannot accept responsibility for any returned products whilst they are in the postal system until they signed for by an employee of Science Skateboards.

Returns are at your cost.

We will offer an exchange or a full refund if required.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

How secure is this store?

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
